Update: We have resolved the issue with our firewall software and are seeing load averages drop across all infrastructure. Site speeds should be returning to normal. Reach out to support if you continue to experience any issues.
Previously: Over the past 24 hours we have noticed elevated loads on servers leading to sluggish sites and been investigating the root cause. We have found that our firewall software is not functioning properly and thus letting much more traffic through than normal. We are working with the vendor to get this bug fixed and will update here once that is done. Servers are online but site responsiveness will be impacted until we can rectify the firewall issue.
