Network access to ramones has been restored and we're seeing all sites back online.
We have confirmed that the outage is affecting several ports at the network level. No data is compromised however access to the server is unavailable at this time as our datacenter works to resolve the configuration issue causing this. We appreciate everyone's patience as we work towards resolution.
A reboot has not resolved the issue. We are in contact with our datacenter to see if something changed at the switch level to lose connectivity to the server. We'll update as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience.
