Final Update: We have restored all accounts to the server from our latest backup on Friday morning. This restoration process completed on Saturday evening and at this time all accounts are back online. We apologize again for the unexpected outage as well as any loss of data between the time the server crashed and the backup was restored. Major outages of this nature are luckily rare, but never fun for anyone and we are glad we were able to bring things up to a working order so quickly on a holiday weekend. We have restored the primary server and are now pulling backups of all accounts from offsite storage. This is a time-intensive process but one that will be running automatically for the next several hours. We will update here when all accounts are back online.
