We have identified and resolved this as a failed configuration of the Apache system process due to a Let's Encrypt certificate error. After resolving the error we restarted Apache and service is now restored.
Previously: We have lost our connection to the Georgetown server and are investigating the issue currently with our datacenter as we believe it to be a networking issue. We will update as we learn more.

Update: We have identified an account that was using a large amount of resources on the server and have suspended the account. At this time load issues should be resolved. Please reach out if you continue to experience any issues.

Update: Issue resolved by updating server to EasyApache 4. The site is now functioning properly.
